“His smile is fake!”
“They are teenagers, not interested in helping me out”
“She runs away from me”
“Where are some good locations for pictures?”
“Where do I start?”
“I took some pictures at his baseball game but they came out blurry”
“Can photoshop make me look thinner?”
“Can you switch heads around like that commercial?”
“How are you with wildlife?”
These are just a few of the questions that came up at my photography workshop this past week. I love teaching, I love sharing my knowledge of photography with others so this was like being in a candy store for me. A room full of mothers all wanting to take better pictures of their children… oh, and the margaritas helped a bit too. : ) We discussed camera settings, lighting, locations and working with your family to get the best pictures possible. It doesn’t matter if you have the latest and greatest DSLR, or a point and shoot or even a Polaroid camera it doesn’t matter, the same principles apply. I’ll be running more classes as time goes on. If you are interested in participating or hosting a photography class please email me at erin@erinfphotography.com.
